A member of our team will reach out to help you with getting set up and answer any questions you have. We’ll make sure you comfortable with how everything works before we publish your products. Theres no setup cost to you.
How do fees work on Pampers Moms Club?
Joining and starting to sell on Moms Club is free. There are two basic fees: the selling commission and the shipping charge. The selling commission is calculated based on the excluding VAT selling price of each item you sell. In order to cover a portion of the shipping fees we also charge R35 per item. There is no charge for you promoting your products through our website banners, Adwords and email campaigns.
How do returns work?
We have a seller protection program that offers you peace of mind in the event of a return dispute. If you unable to resolve a disagreement with a customer and the transaction meets the eligibility requirements, Moms Club will help you resolve the issue. For more detailed information see our return policies which are governed by the CPA.
What can I sell on Pampers Moms Club?
Pampers provides a marketplace for all wholesalers, brands and retailers to sell their baby products to all the moms in South Africa. We cover all the major baby categories. If you unsure whether you can sell a particular product or not, please get in touch.
How do I get paid?
With Moms Club you will get paid through our easy-to-use payments system. Funds from your sales are deposited directly to your bank account via EFT every two weeks. Moms Club manages all the payments and risks associated with the customers payments so you can feel safe that any order passed through to you and delivered, will be paid. Every time.
